'Rescue Me' is out strong

The series finale of FX's "Save Me" on Wednesday came 2.33 million overall audiences, the program's greatest total since its 4th-season finale in 2007. Among grown ups 18-49, the show had its best performance since its fifth-season premiere last year. Because of its seventh and final season, "Save Me averaged 1.49 million total audiences, a tenPercent improvement from the previous season. Within the 18-49 demo, viewership was virtually exactly the same year-to-year. "Save Me," which opened in 2004, averaged a couple of.75 million overall audiences over its first three seasons.
